Highly Recommend Joshua Lafond! I highly recommend Joshua Lafond to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Joshua is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, professional and truly takes his responsibility to his clients seriously. Joshua recently helped me successfully sell and close on a property in Las Vegas, and this was definitely not an easy transaction. I live in New York, so I had to manage the property from a long distance. While the property was vacant and listed for sale, we unfortunately experienced multiple break-ins. The property was damaged, appliances were stolen, and several repairs had to be completed before we could move forward with the sale. Joshua went far beyond what I would normally expect from a real estate agent. Since I could not be there in person, he helped coordinate with local contractors to repair the damage and replace the stolen appliances. He also helped arrange for the property to be secured, including boarding vulnerable areas and installing cameras. Throughout the process, he stayed involved and helped coordinate everything that needed to be done. There were many challenges along the way, including repairs, insurance inspections, property inspections, security issues, and all the details necessary to get the property ready for closing.
