Where to begin... I started looking for a house with my in-laws, and my wife that would suit all of our needs. Honestly i was a little weary of looking at houses on facebook. I'm so happy my wife talked me into going with josh. From the start of our journey, josh was amazing. He would communicate with us at all hours of the day, worked around 4 people's work schedules (being in the military I can have really weird hours), and was always so pleasant to work with. He's an amazing man and realtor. Josh was never pushy, was genuinely interested in helping us find the house we wanted. Finally we put a bid on a house. He was able to recommend an awesome home inspector who i am very inpressed with.( My father has been licensed in Arizona for 30 years.) The deal ended up falling through(due to the fact we didn't like the terms for the repairs), and josh was there that day to help us start looking again. After a week or so we finally found the house that suited all of our wants and dreams. Josh was able to work with our loan officer and make the deal go through. He went above and beyond for all of us, and i can't thank him enough. I won't go into detail of everything he did, but i can say go with josh! You wont regret it. And thank you so much for the house warming gifts! I will 10/10 recommend to every person i meet who is looking for a house. -
